Refunds
This page states how photoeditor handles the account, the files you upload, and the credits you buy. The headings below are the whole policy.
A failed edit returns its credits on its own. You do not need to request that refund.
A renewal charge is not refunded. The first charge of a subscription can be refunded within 14 days when none of the credits from that charge have been spent. A credit pack can be refunded within 14 days when none of that pack’s credits have been spent. After any of those credits are spent, the pack is not refunded. A duplicate charge is refunded.
Email us from the contact page within 14 days of payment. If a refund is approved, the unused credits from that pack are removed. The balance is never taken below zero. Credits already spent on a finished edit are not returned.
Waffo Pancake returns the money to the original payment method. Their processing fee on a card refund is separate from the credit balance.
Can I see the cost before I generate?
Yes. The generate button shows the credits for the model you selected, before the run starts.
What happens if an edit fails?
A failed edit returns its credits on its own. You do not need to request them.
Can I use the result commercially?
Yes, when you already have the rights to the photo you uploaded.
Can I edit the result again?
Use Keep editing on the result, or download it and upload it again. Either way spends the selected model's credits again.
What share of a pack must be unused?
